All carriers must check in no later than 7:00PM on Thursday, November 5, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, with standard ground service at the exhibitor's expense.

Shipments should arrive between Wednesday, September 30, 2026 and Wednesday, October 28, 2026.

You can print your advance shipment labels before sending freight to the advance warehouse.

Print Advance Shipment Labels

Advance warehouse receiving hours are:

Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

Freight received at the advance warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.

Direct Shipments

Shipping items directly to the show site requires advance approval from the Conference.

Please email exhibitors@paconferenceforwomen.org for approval and delivery instructions.

All items shipped to the show site will incur material handling fees. Please review and understand all associated fees before shipping. Fees are available under Material Handling in the Products & Services submenu.
