All carriers must check in no later than 7:00PM on Thursday, November 5, 2026, or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, 7 business day standard ground service, at exhibitor expense.

Shipments should arrive between Wednesday, September 30, 2026 and Wednesday, October 28, 2026.

Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on Material Handling & Shipping in the submenu bar.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.

Direct Shipments

To ship items to show site requires advanced approval from the Conference.

Please email exhibitors@paconferenceforwomen.org for approval and delivery instructions.


All items shipped to show site will incur material handling fees. Be sure to understand all associated fees prior to shipping. Fees can be found in "Material Handling" submenu bar under "Products & Services".
